DEMO OUT NOW!!!!!!!! -------> Strawberry Fields
It's been a while since i've been here. K what i have below is a link to a demo of a song. This song was supposed to be played for the first time at megafest 2004. Before my scheduled gig, my drummer was set to sing a few sissy mandarin numbers. And during his set, the rain water blew the PA system (even heaven has a taste in music). And so the only option left was to sing thru a crappy keyboard amp. I rejected the notion and the gig was scrapped.
My sincere apologies to my friends who came down for it. Specifically guys like Kelf, Ang, Tjin, Zhi an etc.
So a couple of months on, this lovable and adorable girl wanted to hear the complete version of the song. So i got out my acoustic guitar and layed some tracks down. What u are about to hear isn't entirely what it is supposed to be. The actual song is supposed to be heavy on drums and distortion. Unabashed in your face ROCK! This is just an acoustic based track which gives the general idea of the song. The lyrics aren't even correct. The chorus should go "miles of strawberry fields..."
Appreciation goes to Daniel for hosting the song for me. This streaming Real Audio cut down my file size from 5.5 mb to 0.9 mb. Therefore the stereo effect (I used 8 tracks in total) is nowhere as distinctive as the actual mp3 file which cuts through pretty well especially with headphones.
